Pension operating services

The Pension, Management Insurance and education fund operation services are designed to a proper allocation of the employe’s funds to their correct fund number at the various institutions.  This is a significant portion of payroll calculations and payments. To facilitate our clients to comply with the law and provide employees with all the services they deserve from their employer, our pension operating service includes:

• Online transmission of the Unified File using the pension clearinghouse.

• The following Management: - receiving feedback from the institutions and funds, checking the feedback, providing a response to the institutions and funds and where necessary, repairing and sending new files.

• Monitoring and handling errors - Monitoring any discrepancies received in the feedback until it is cleared and validated by the institution and fund.
   

Being  that the pension operator  also manages the payroll cycle calculations, it enables efficiency in treatment of incorrect processes and enables the closure of all pension and provident fund provisions. – Establishment of funds for the employees, making regular updates and changes, reporting and operating deposits with insurance companies, pension funds and education funds.
